training encourages camaraderie, creates a support network and results

Tara Comer is an experienced coach and yoga instructor, whose holistic
approach to coaching supports and inspires her athletes throughout
their training. Tara's approach combines technical knowledge with an
emphasis on the body-mind connection, finding balance between training
and life and channeling your competitive spirit to its best result.

PROGRAM DETAILS:
~ Starts Saturday 8:00am February 25th
~ Group runs Saturdays 8:00am (routes in/around Providence and Warwick)
~ Limited to 10 runners
~ Limited Refund Policy (because I am limiting the group to 10
athletes, I am looking for a commitment. If you drop out, you will
have taken a spot from someone else. Of course, refunds will be
considered on case by case basis due to illness, injury or unforeseen
circumstance.)y
