The patience and creativity that you provided as a coach made it
possible for me to learn the proper  technique and gain the confidence possible for me to compete successfully in my first triathlon season. Closing the season with my first victory!

I often think back to the first session and how I couldn't swim 25 meters in the shallow end.  Now I have no issues swimming 800 meter repeats in the pool and 1.5 mile open water swims. ~ Matt H.

Tara, I finished!!!  Domo arigato gozaimashta!!!

Thank you for all of your energy and encouragement.

~ Sherilyn P. (Tokyo Marathon)

Thank you so much!!  You helped me break through huge barriers and running the full distance today with the winds really proved to me that I can do it. ~ Robin D.

I wanted to thank you for your awesome inspiration!  You have opened  my eyes to the benefits of running. Most importantly for me, you have helped me to overcome perceived barriers that I had about my ability to run! ~ Laurie L.

It's been a wonderful 8 weeks, thank you Tara!  Running in the 5K was a great accomplishment for me. ~ Jordana F.

Tara I can't thank you enough for the swimming lessons; I never felt so relaxed before a swim like today... YOU ARE AN AWESOME SWIMMING INSTRUCTOR!!!!!!
(BEACH TO BATTLESHIP FIRST IRONMAN)

Last but not least I want to thank my swimming coach Tara S. Comer; she got me from barely swimming one lap, to swimming comfortably for multiple laps. Also, I think her approach made all the difference; we worked on things that I liked to do instead of things that I disliked it(like the board kicking drills lol). I know that with a couple more months of training, and coaching I will be able to reach my swimming goals this year!!!!

I've never had so much fun getting in shape, that's all I know...this has been life changing for me.

Tara has taught me to listen to my body. To push slightly beyond my edge when it feels right, and to back off when it doesn’t. She gently pushes me out of my comfort zone and gives my training structure.

I'm thankful for my friend Tara, who helped me achieve my dream
of running a 1/2 marathon AND ran with me the last 5 miles -
always giving me words of encouragement. THANK YOU! :-)
