Coaching services consists of comprehensive month to month
personalized on-line training program. Training programs are created based upon your ability, athletic history and personal goals.  The program also includes the following:

     * in person initial consultation
     * phone and email support
     * weekly progress feedback
     * pre-race strategies and post-race recovery plans
     * in-person workout or additional coaching when necessary
     * SUPPORT, MOTIVATION, and RESOURCES!

GROUP COACHING  ● ● ●

Rally your friends to run an Olympic relay, a marathon or host a clinic.  Working in a group setting allows for fun, support and friendly competition as our targeted training plans will allow members of all skills levels to work together and develop as athletes.

        WHY HIRE A COACH ? 

Failing to plan=Planning to fail.  A coach will help you plan your season and then organize meaningful workouts to help you reach your goals. They will work with you on a schedule that fits your training and lifestyle needs. 

A Kick in the Bike Pants. Have a bad training day? Feeling down and sluggish? Your coach is a positive presence, pushing you, picking you up and praising you as you work.

You can't afford NOT to have a coach!.  Any triathlete invests a ton of time and effort in the sport and if you have a job and a family those resources are limited. A coach teaches you how to maximize the impact of your workouts and work efficiently.  Think of the cost of not reaching your goals because you did too much too soon, got injured, or overtrained...ouch!
